A few hours ago I sat with my son at Caffe Italia to have a bite. We ordered baguettes with cheese and tomatoe. They were heated, cut and served with salad. The salad was manifestly unwashed and while trying to examine it we came accross a large and very lively caterpillar. We notified the cashier who without a word of apology took the dish with the caterpillar (leaving the other for us to investigate it, I guess) and disappeared back into the shop. We waited a bit and left. Of course we haven't eaten but at least we paid.
