This restaurant was terrible. The food was OK once it came, but it took an hour and twenty minutes before they'd even taken or drinks order and another thirty five minutes before our starter arrived, then they got the starter and main-course wrong. The service was attrocious which totally ruined the evening. Don't go here.

Used to love this restaurant when it was in Clifton, but is now on Whiteladies, next to Hullabaloos. 3 courses took just over an hour to order, serve and clear. My main course dish was removed whilst I was still chewing! Food is still excellent, but the portions have got smaller and much much more expensive. You are in and out in a flash - its like being served in a revolving door!

I went to Entelia on a Sunday afternoon with my partner and had a really nice meal. The food was lovely and there was plenty of it as well! I think it depends on the time of day u go when u get the quickest service. Out starters came out within 15 minutes and the main followed once we had finished. Wouldn't people rather wait for a meal than it come out quick. If it came out quick for me i would be a bit concered. I highly recommend this restaurant!
