Harry Ramsden in Trafford Park - review added on Fri 4th Feb 2005
Went for a meal on the 19th with a number of other people at the outlet in Trafford Park/Manchester. The meal was for 18 people - booked in advance. The menu was chosen as fish/chips and apple pie and cream or icecream. The meal itself was okay - the fish was a little too greasy. The waitress was surly and not very helpful. The dessert was not apple pie but bread and butter pudding or icecream. Many of us would have liked the apple pie. Apparently apple pie is not made on the premises and therefore costs more!! Whereas bread and butter pudding is made on the premises and of course costs less. It was a shame that our outing ended on that note.
