Cook you own - why? - review added on Fri 1st Jul 2005
It's like this, for kids and people who like ordinary steak dinners this place has it all. For anyone with a palette and a sense of self worth this place really shouldn't be on your radar.1. Cooking for yourself in a restaurant is not cool2. Pricing compounds this

Enjoyable and different! - review added on Fri 29th Jul 2005
I found the CHARbar, to be a nice meal out, with a difference. The bbq idea in the middle of the table, was orginal, and yet a little annoying. When you want your food, you want it all together....and eat together, this reminded me of eating at home. The atmosphere is perfect for families, a little impersonal, and wasn't quite right for a intemite chat with your loved one. Great with friends...

What fun! - review added on Fri 29th Dec 2006
How nice to have the fun of the bbq experience in the warmth of the indoors, our 3 year old loves it almost as much as his dad. It's a shame there isn't one nearer to Guildford
