OK, but disappointing - review added on Wed 6th Jul 2005
Tootsies claim 'the best burger you've ever had' so we went with anticipation. Unfortunately, if you over sell something, you inevitably encourage disappointment.The food was OK but definitely not 'the best'. Better burgers include the Hard Rock Cafe and Cheesecake Factory (in the USA). The service was slow at the end and they added 12.5% service charge on for a table of 2!

Overated. Thought it was pretty awful food wise. I went in with my 10 yr old cousin who had a kids meal. For a plate of just a Herta frankfurter and a a few chips, I thought it was thoroughly overpriced. My meal - a simple chicken burger - was lacking any kind of presentation on the plate and tasted burnt and bland, and of a low quality. I wouldn't return again. And the service charge takes the mick!
