Recently went to KFC Nottingham and waited half an hour in the drive through for a mini variety meal. I thought it was a fast food resturant, then the server at the window laughed at me when I complained.
Poor Service and Rude Staff. - review added on Mon 30th Jan 2006
KFC Hereford seems to be staffed by teenagers with no manners, have no product knowledge and service is very very slow. In a quiet momment they enjoy a food fight behind the counter, throwing chips at each other and playing football with the empty buckets. If your looking for poor service, uncooked chips, dirty tables then this is the place.
