Just found a magot it my dinner at Billys and felt complelled to say something! I have eaten there may times as it is local to me, but I am fed up of the over relaxed and slow service (although the staff can be plesent) and the menu that has been the same for about 10 yrs! I complained about the maggot and there was little response infact I had to ask the manager for an apology and when the bill arrived, which I questioned, he said that all he could do was take off my main meal and a couple of side orders! Then the waiter/manager implied that he had also taken off the service charge in good will! wow, what a favour, thanks for that!!!! Only go to Billys if you want to drink- and if you want to eat make sure your steaming drunk before you order anything!!!!
