Not the best restaurant out there. - review added on Fri 16th Feb 2001
Restaurant is maybe not quite the word for this place; it's more of a café that serves meals. The decor and ambience is a bit bland, and really, so was the food. Of course, being a fish restaurant, only fish was served, and although it tasted ok, it could have been made more interesting. If you like your fish and chips, but want to sit down and eat with a knife and fork, then this is probably a good place to go, but York offers better restaurants than this.
