Fascinating - review added on Wed 26th Feb 2003
A marvellous restaurant, my wife and I went on Valentine's day and were treated to a fascinating display of cookery skills as well as the best food I have eaten in a year. The steak was good enough to cause me to comment that nothing could possibly beat it, yet the teriyaki chicken promptly did just that. Delicious and fun.

Can be expensive but feels worth it - review added on Tue 17th Feb 2004
For some reason you always feel like ordering extras because the set meals just don't seem quite enough. Trust me, by the time you are getting to the beansprouts (nearly always served almost last) you are wondering where it is going to fit.Always made to feel like your group is the only important group in there whether there are 2 or 10 of you.Everyone has a smile and they are flexible. The food is gorgeous and as mentioned above, the beef (whether its the beef strips or steak) is sublime, the pork is gorgeous, the chicken is out of this world. The Lobster is beautiful and the salmon is some of the best I have tasted. It is all excellent.

A Perfect Evening. - review added on Thu 12th Oct 2006
Starts at Ginza. Can't recomend this restaurant highly enough. Whenever friends visit from London we always eat here and have never been dissapointed. Steak sublime, Lobster divine, Teriyaki the best I've ever tasted - never has egg fried rice tasted so good. Service is friendly and efficient and you get a free show from the chef's while you wait for your fresh food to be cooked in front of you. If you haven't eaten here, you should!

Just Not What I Expected. - review added on Wed 14th Feb 2007
I have just returned home after visiting Ginza with my girlfriend this Valentines evening. One of the main reasons I visited the establishment was due to the highly rated reviews I have read. However, my experience differed somewhat to these comments. The visual display was pleasing and food was acceptable, yet very highly priced. The only meal option was a set menu priced at £25, which was rushed through within 40 minutes and lacked any kind of interaction. Once the food had been prepared the staff were already clearing the table and shutting up for the night. only 45 minutes after entering.

We were sat at our table by 9 o'clock and by 9.45 my table had already been cleared and we were one of the only couples left in the restaurant.
