Good Food, Poor Decor and Service. - review added on Sat 20th Aug 2005
Although the food is very good at the Begal Tandoori, the restaraunt needs redecorating, wallpaper hangs off the wall and areas have childrens writing on it.The service is slow, on our most recent visit it was nearly 30 minutes before we could place our food order. When ordering a takeaway meal by phone I have never known the meal be ready at the agreed time and I suspect the meal is not prepared until the customer actually arrives at the restaraunt.Good food but improvement in service and decor desperately needed.

Sweet Peshwari Naan. - review added on Sat 8th Oct 2005
We go here all the time because we love it!Everything about the restaurant is wonderful. The service is great, the staff are always friendly and asking if we're OK/happy with our meal(s) etc. and it feels like you're in someone's living room - it's very comfy, relaxed and home-like. A very pleasant ambience. The food is brilliant, we have been to other Indian restaurants in the country and this is by far the best.Their naan bread "technology"is extremely advanced - it is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! So sooo sweet and tasty, especially when dipped in tikka masala. WOW.Their chicken kurma is so thick and creamy, irresitable!Their chicken rezela is mind-blowing. It is hot, but incredibly tasty, juicy and delicious.

This is a hidden gem - right on the main street of Dinnington! with a green and yellow sign outside. Well worth making the trip to Dinnington for.The staff are always friendly, and even on a busy night will make sure you are well taken care of. They also have an extremely good value buffet night (can't remember if it is mon or tue)
