One of the most frequent enquiries we get at Scorchio HQ is 'what's the hottest thing you do?' and here it is by some margin. Six times hotter than the Mad Dog's Chilli and Habanero Extract, over 3 times hotter than Blair's 3AM, this is the most concentrated heat you will find in a bottle. This little bottle contains 40% concentrated capsaican and, joking apart, this needs treating with caution and respect. For use as an additive only, which in minute quantities will add extreme heat to any sauces/relishes/chutneys. Please ensure it's kept away from animals and kids. Please Note: to get the best out of this extract it MUST be used properly, i.e. added as an ingredient. This not only makes it safer to ingest but also makes the extract a better consistancy therefore allowing the heat to dissipate more effectively.
