Quite frankly if it's got the name Dave on the bottle you know you're going to get something a bit different and this does not dissapoint. If may be no fire-starter but it has a fantastic, fresh taste which really compliments mexican food. This is largely down to the humble Chayote, a somewhat ugly pear shaped vegetable with a cucumber-like flesh which is used commonly in mexican cooking.
