What the bottle says... Nothing! What we say... These mild sweet peppers are absolutely delicious either stuffed or on their own as an appetiser. Heres a great recipe for stuffed peppers recommended by Giuliano themselves: Ingredients: 1 jar Giulianos Mild Cherry Peppers Â1/4 pound ground beef Â1/4 pound sausage Â1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg 1 teaspoon. basil ½ teaspoon black pepper Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Drain peppers, remove stems, remove seeds, and hollow out peppers. 3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine beef, sausage, cheese, egg and spices. Stir well. 4. Stuff the meat mixture into the peppers and place them onto a cooking sheet. 5. Bake for 30 minutes. 6. Allow stuffed peppers to cool down a bit, 5 to 10 minutes, and then serve.
