What we say... Be warned - this sauce has a dangerous delay mechanism. The first time you try it you'll love the rich, sweet taste from the molasses, cloves and spices but wonder where the fire is. Then about 3-4 minutes later, it hits you hard:- you have problems speaking, your vision becomes blurry and the best thing to do is lie down and enjoy the sensation. This has the added fire that you get from pure capsicum extract but despite its heat this is a very versatile sauce. We are not quite sure what 'mouth surf the big ones' means (and quite frankly we don't want to) but this is a hell of a hot sauce. Like the equally hot sauce Mad Dog Inferno, the makers at Peppers use molasses to give it a sweet, rich taste and this, combined with cinnamon and clove spices ensures that this offers more than just an intense explosion of heat.
