Apple Crumble Fudge - think the best apple crumble your auntie Gladys ever made, and combine with the creamiest, most delicious fudge ever, and this is the result!It really is traditional english apple crumble encapsulated in a fudge - the kind of fudge Heston Blumenthal (we love him!) would make using a real apple crumble and a specially adapted compression chamber (with a hairdryer attached to it)... or something. He is brilliant though, isn't he? There must be some pretty fab things he can do with Space Dust... Heston?

Chunky Chelsea Whoppers - As if bringing back the classic Chelsea Whopper wasn't enough, we've gone that little bit further, and brought you Chunky Chelsea Whoppers! These are chunks, not bars, so for those of you that like your sweets in bitesize chunks, these are just right!Chelsea Whoppers were in danger of becoming extinct - but no more!For those of you who haven't tasted the delights of them before, these are cubes of chocolatey fudge (only slightly gooey-er and chewier) covered in a dusting of chocolate powder. These are the real thing - handmade especially for us in Scotland.

Crumbly Butter Fudge - we have spent the past few months doing some serious fudge research, and we can confidently say that this is unquestionably the BEST we've tasted. It's absolutely stunning!We tried so many different types, many of them really delicious, but none of them quite hit the mark like this one does (and we know our fudges!)The taste is DIVINE, and the texture is just right - not too soft (like so many of these new-fangled modern fudges, but not too hard (like, say, Kendal Mint Cake).

Crumbly Butter Fudge - we have spent the past few months doing some serious fudge research, and we can confidently say that this is unquestionably the BEST we've tasted. Liquorice Fudge - If you're a lover of the black stuff, you're in for a treat with this deliciously smooth fudge. It's just like normal fudge, but with a lovely strong taste of liquorice. It doesn't look particularly appetising (whoever heard of black fudge?), but if you like liquorice, this will be a rather fab discovery. Those of you who don't like liquorice (it's like Marmite, isn't it?), won't like this so don't say we didn't warn you!

Rich Vanilla Fudge - chunks of delicious, creamy, sweet fudge. It melts in your mouth and its got that proper, slightly grainy fudge texture (as you can see from the photo) so you know its going to be good even before you taste it!
