Peanut Brittle - Aaaaah, the golden stuff. . ..delicious toasted peanuts in brittle toffee.We don`t want to sound all anoraky, but really, the sweetness of the brittle goes perfectly well with the nuttiness of the peanuts - such a lovely combination, and lovely and crunchy (not to be attempted if your fillings are a bit dodgy!)

Our customers are staunchly divided over this issue, so we thought it was only fair to satisfy both camps! I mean, who wants to fight over a humble bonbon?These are magnificent: from the tangy strawberry dusting on the outside, to the smooth and creamy hard shell, to the grand finale - the chewy toffee in the middle - each bonbon is a little artwork in itself (ok, so I`m getting carried away now - they`re just SO good!)

Toffee Crumble (aka Nibbles or Nibs) - delicious toffee, biscuit, nut and chocolate crumbly bits. It`s one of those sweets where the look of the sweet really doesn`t do the taste justice! It might look a bit like rabbit food - but it certainly doesn`t taste like it. Mind you, I`ve never eaten rabbit food so I wouldn`t know for sure - but if rabbit food tastes like Toffee Crumble then I definitely want to come back as a rabbit in a future life! Whatever the appearance - Toffee Crumble is one of the most moreish sweets that we have.
