We are not quite sure what 'mouth surf the big ones' means (and quite frankly we don't want to) but this is a hell of a hot sauce. Like the equally hot sauce Mad Dog Inferno, the makers at Peppers use molasses to give it a sweet, rich taste and this, combined with cinnamon and clove spices ensures that this offers more than just an intense explosion of heat.
