The Pub Bar and Restaurant, has recently been renovated and just opened it's doors as a restaurant within the last few months. The food is excellent value for money, good home cooking at its best. Excellent for family lunches and high teas. The dinner menu served Fri and Sat nights between 7.30pm and 9pm is fine dining at it's best, and at £15 per person inclusive of a complimentary bottle of wine between 2, it's the best value in town.The interior of the restaurant is bright and welcoming, with beautiful warm open through fire. Staff are very welcoming and efficent.This is a must try restaurant either for famalies during the day, or for that romantic evening for 2. The restaurant will also cater for private parties, eg: Weddings, Anniversary or Engagement. Just give them a call to discuss your needs.
