HA HA isn't that funny - review added on Tue 30th Oct 2007
Despite being one of the better bars in Windsor, Ha Ha is still average. Often understaffed, it can take an age to get a round of drinks in. Though once served all staff are amenable. The atmosphere is always relaxed and positive. I would always recommend stopping by for a drink, but make sure you have somewhere to head to next! What Windsor lacks in good Bars, it makes up for with good Restaurants.
Recommended Dishes: Chicken Breast Burger
