This restaurant is fantastic.The food is exquisite and staff are wonderful.
Recommended Dishes: I recommend the Szechaun Smoked Chicken, it's not to be missed.

I've lived in Winchester on and off for 25 years, and there has always been a lot of choice when it comes to Chinese food. Mr. So and Cellar Peking in Jewry Street were the front runners for many years until Charles' House moved location. Somehow, and spectacularly how, the food improved above either of these competitors overnight. I don't go anywhere else now.
Recommended Dishes: Any and all of them.
