Avoid as poor service - review added on Wed 8th Oct 2003
After a very nice meal at this well known York restaurant, I would no longer recommend the Siam House due to the insults my family received after dining here. They have no idea about what customer service means and I would not eat here again.

Have visited the Siam House over the last four years or so. Have always found the staff accomodating and giving a service above average.Food is good, never had a bad meal.

We visited this restaurant just on the offchance while we were passing by on a Friday evening.The food was great and the customer service was flawless. They really made us feel like VIP's. It will certainly be the first restaurant on my list for our next visit!
