The Roberts' Family have been at Y Bistro for over two decades at their comfortable restaurant situated on the main street in the lake-side village at the foot of Snowdon.
During this time, Nerys has won many accolades for her cooking skills, the most recent being recommended in the red-book "Eating well in Wales"for excellent use of local produce. Indeed, over the years we have been included in all the major food guides here and abroad.

We pride ourselves on using local, seasonal produce whenever possible, because of this our menu changes daily. If you have any special dietry needs or you would like an idea of what on today's menu we can gladly help.
