Though Number 1 Bistro is tucked away on a side street the quality of food and service would not be out of place in one of the promenade hotels. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the background music though of the 70's is not intrusive. If you enjoy peaceful dining and good food this is the place to go. Just make sure that you are really hungry.
