Customer Reviews for Harry Ramsden's - Cardiff

Never again - review added on Fri 22nd Apr 2005

The service was appallingly slow. They failed to get my order correct. The food - I'd rather eat cardboard. The chips were undercooked and the battered sausage was over-cooked. My wife enjoyed her fishcakes though. If the food was palatable, the long wait wouldnt have mattered.

Disappointing - review added on Sun 16th Mar 2008

It felt like we waited for ever for service. Even then, the drinks order was wrong and the waiter didn't understand what bread and butter was when we asked for it. There were six of us and we waited nearly an hour for our food which was pretty average when it came.
