Thanks to the estate's gentle south-facing slopes, the vines stay nice and thirsty helping to create zippy, concentrated flavours in the grapes. Colombard is the traditional grape of the region and produces delicious, fresh green-apple flavour - whilst Ugni Blanc adds a little 'grassy' depth.
