The cellar was founded in 1952 and the wine is made by Franck David, who studied locally and has worked in both Muscadet and Sancerre - he is very much a white wine specialist. The cellar is very well equipped with the latest technology which enables them to bring out the extremely expressive aromas of fruit and white flowers.
