The wines colour is light yellow (or light pink) with golden reflections. The bouquet is intense and strongly grapey with maybe a hint of honey/lemon. There is a fine and persistent perlage and the palate is velvety and full.
The aim is to produce a sparkling wine from Muscat of Alexandria grapes that tastes as fresh as juice that has only just begun to ferment. Highly aromatic, very juicy and superbly balanced and definitely not cloying or sickly.
