Our winemaker Jean-Marc Sauboua took the finest parcels of Viognier from southern France's superlative 2005 vintage and slowly fermented them to fully capture the famous honeyed apricot flavour that fans love so much. He then aged the wine in fine French oak, just like they do for #20-a-bottle Condrieu. Fresh stone fruit and honey aromas, with a hint of blossom.
